Shipping & Returns

 You are purchasing an original hand-made letterpress print, therefore, subtle variation in printed texture & color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. With that being said, our prints are designed & crafted with love & care and I hope you love them as they are!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All orders ship within 3-5 business days from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. All orders ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days with a photo of the package and I will work with you to fix the issue. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

All international shipping will go through USPS International Priority Mail with insurance (6 - 10 business days). Customers are expected to pay any additional customs charges and tax duties. We appreciate your time and effort to make an international purchase! Please email lindsay@gingerlypress.com if your international order is not being accepted properly by our website platform.

RETURNS:

All sales are final unless goods were damaged in transit. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days, and I will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back—including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue store credit for the item(s) returned in original condition, minus the original shipping costs and any taxes.

If for some reason we have shipped the incorrect item or the incorrect number of items to you, please email us within 3 days of delivery at lindsay@gingerlypress.com. In this case, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and ship you the corrected order immediately.

SALES TAX:

We are required to charge 6% sales tax on all orders placed within Pennsylvania and an additional 1% for all orders places within Allegheny County. All orders placed outside Pennsylvania are not subject to pay sales tax.
