-printed on 100% recycled paper from French Paper Co, a Michigan-based paper mill operating on 100% hydropower
Hiking context including Mileage, States, Dates, and Elevation Profile are letterpress printed on reverse of the print, as well as this inspiration story:
Protected inside my haven, bugs in a halo are stars of the show: Throughout much of New York and Connecticut, I encountered long stretches of swampy areas filled with biting bugs. In the sunlight or on top of a windy summit, they wouldn't bother me, but in the shade, where the trail was most of the time, they would swarm me for a meal. One night, while protected in my illuminated tent without my rain fly, I looked up and saw a glow of bugs surrounding me, occasionally running into the fabric walls of my tent, bouncing away, but always buzzing back to my light. Illuminated as they were, it seemed like they were a halo of stars in the night sky.
